The carp fishing in the St Lawrence River and particularly in the Cornwall region is world renowned.
Similarly, the region is known for its incredible diving opportunities. My brother David (shown here) and I recently had the opportunity to dive the Lock 21 site on the Long Sault Parkway - a video of the dive will be posted shortly

A picture David took of me after an evening dive at the Lock 21 site.
This is not a beginner's dive as the current can be quite strong and the visibility, even in daylight, can be low - and made worse if much sediment is in the water. The dive is, however, an incredibly interesting one and something different from standard wreck diving.
This is definitely a destination we will be returning to.

This view shows the drop line and approximate location of the site. Trails on the silty bottom from divers approaching the drop from shore are clearly visible in the bottom center of the image
On our way to meet up with Brandon Brownlee, we stopped in at Cornwall to have a look around. This is a view of Cornwall from the air showing Marina 200 in the foreground.

And what trip to the Cornwall area would be complete without a trip to Prehistoric World! The only thing that made it better for us was having the opportunity to fly amongst the 50 scale exhibits that make up this incredible 150 plus acre park!
Brandon Brownlee guided us to some incredible carp fishing in the Cornwall are.
We met Brandon on the Long Sault Parkway when he was 15 years old and even at that time he was incredibly passionate about fishing. We knew then that we would be featuring him in a show when we came to the area next.

Bill with a nice common carp with the power generating station in the background.
A fairly strong current flows through this area and the carp use that to their advantage when on the line.

The biggest of the session was a thirty pounder caught by Bill on day two.
